Shoes are something I love to splurge on, and my Staud Wally boots have been a regular in my wardrobe since last fall. I hate heels, but Wallys has the perfect 2-inch cat heel, making for an incredibly comfortable boot for walking (and running) around the city! The shoes are so good, I even got a pair for my mom. I bought a pair of The Row pleated pants as a gift for myself when I took the job at Vogue. They’re a great pair of work pants: harmless and comfortable enough for weekly use, but they make any shirt look more stylish. During Fashion Week, I definitely have a late morning or my curated outfit breaks down and I reach for these pants.
In NYFW, I trust these Saint Laurent sunglasses—because all the concealers in the world couldn’t hide my puffiness during Fashion Week. I’m a (relatively) simple girl, so the items I need to survive Fashion Week definitely reflect that. I’m never short of my Rhode peptide lip treatment and rely on it during Fashion Week and beyond for smooth, hydrated lips.
